Mechanical Joint gaskets (MJ gaskets)

MJ gaskets are a type of compression joint specifically designed for underground pipe, valve and fitting connections. Mechanical joint gaskets, also known as MJ gaskets, are typically supplied in an Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) but can also be supplied in other materials such as Nitrile, EPDM, Neoprene and FKM, depending on the service application. 

MJ gaskets typically come in sizes ranging from 3" up to 48", with larger size available.
